Phase 3 AHU upgrades have now been completed at the HQ of a top 4 accountancy firm with projected blended savings of 33% across all phases using Future Motors revolutionary tech.

Following a successful pilot where we installed our unique fan array solution, phases 1-3 included Belts and Pulleys, Fan Arrays and Direct Drive upgrades.

Main AHUs were upgraded in areas such as welfare, kitchen prep, main lobby & atrium, presentation suite and fine dining, with all work being completed on weekends to avoid office disruption.

Off the back of these impressive results, investigations continue with their property partner to see if even more savings can be made at buildings in the Midlands and Scotland.
