Phase two confirmed following successful Pilot at London based office regenerator

Following a successful pilot project, Future Motors has received a new order to deliver Phase Two of a motor replacement programme at one of the sites belonging to a major central London commercial property regenerator.

The pilot achieved energy savings of 24% across the selected applications, providing a strong foundation for the next stage. Phase Two will focus solely on replacing the motors while retaining the existing belts and pulleys, minimising disruption and making effective use of serviceable equipment.

The new installation is expected to deliver savings of 27%, equivalent to approximately 78,170 kWh of electricity and 16.42 tonnes of carbon. This repeat order confirms proven results.
